Well, we may soon be ‘casting off’ from the Port of Houston within the next 24 hours! They tell us that it will take six hours to travel the rivers to the high seas. We are all hoping that trip will be by day rather than in the dead of the night!! We look forward to beginning the ‘roll’ of freighter life..ships WITHOUT the luxury of stabilizers (cruise ship lovers beware:)!)

Was so excited to see these “luxuries”!!! Brought back many memories from when Nathaniel was working on these. The dining hall, movie room, weight room, all are the same!!! They must be like that on every freighter. Will share with the other Freeborn’s. Enjoy every minute!!!!
