We are finally on our way! We will be boarding the Rickmers Shanghai this Friday, August 10. We are driving to Houston via a stop off at the Clydesdales and a two day stay in the French Quarter of New Orleans!

Many of you have asked ..how does one pack for a freighter ? Hopefully you know Bud well enough to understand his humor….Here are a few glimpses of what dear Bud said ” NO!NO!NO!”to carrying up the ‘gang plank’!!!

I will also be packing two ‘special guests’ for the students and kids that may be logging on…they are: Flat Stanley for world travels…and my Spartan Bobblehead for all my dear Lima folks!!!
